Sports massage is a targeted massage approach (trigger point) on specific areas of the body in need of relief. It can be accompanied by other various methods such as cupping, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), electrical stimulation therapy and flossing.
Stretch therapy helps to lengthen the muscles and improve mobility, especially when you are experiencing stiff muscles and restricted joints. It incorporates various dance stretches in order to improve range of motion.
Strength and conditioning: This can either be a workout session aimed to help you improve your overall general fitness, or a session that’s catered for rehabilitation where we address weaknesses found through therapy.
7 sessions: This is a 7 session package which you can mix and match any sessions. Any sessions include sports massage therapy, stretch therapy and strength & conditioning.
20 sessions: This is a 20-session package which you can mix and match any sessions. Any sessions include sports massage therapy, stretch therapy and strength & conditioning.
