Jeremy
Having worked 7 years in the fitness and wellness industry, Jeremy has helped countless individuals meet their fitness goals and living pain free. What started as a passion for fitness and sport during his time as a captain in polytechnic and vice captain during his university days ended up being his career as well.
During his time in the industry he has never stopped learning. Constantly going for workshops and courses and keeping himself current with the latest techniques for both training and rehab as he believes that knowledge should always be a knife to be kept sharpened.

Bing Liang
Bing Liang started his sports career back in his secondary school days and have not stopped paddling since and is currently part of the Dragon Boat National Team. He became interested in rehabilitation and pain management, as paddling caused muscle instability. Although he didn’t have the background required, he is always on the lookout for courses to attend in order to learn more about the human anatomy.
Even though he is new in this industry, Bing Liang is able to relate and understand his client’s needs due to his intensive background in sports, making it easier to communicate with clients.
Constantly upgrading his skills and knowledge, he took up an internship to learn fire cupping originating from Traditional Chinese Medicine to complement his current therapy options.

Cheryl
Cheryl is a Graduate in Bachelor of Arts (HONS) in Dance from LASALLE College of the Arts, validated by Goldsmith University of London. Cheryl started learning ballet at the tender age of 3 and was trained in Classical Ballet under RAD (Royal Academy of Dance). Having performed both internationally and locally at the prestigious Fae Mae Kong – International Festival of Dance in Laos and Rozzi Theatre in Siena, Italy, she is very knowledgeable and experienced in body awareness, movement and applying dance knowledge into different areas of training.
