Sport Massage reduces swelling that is caused by soft tissue injuries and also help break down scar tissue, aligning the collagen fibers. Other than that, it improves range of motion and help people get back to their daily activities with less chance of reinjury.

This depends on several factors such as training volume and intensity, how serious is their injury, and other factors. For people who works out daily, we would usually recommend once every week or fortnightly. For general maintenance, it would be good to get a massage once a month. Usually after the first session, our therapists would advise based on the condition assessed by them during the massage itself.

Sports Massage was first started off for athletes to help improve performance and reduce risk of injuries but anybody that has issues dealing with pain can come for a Sports Massage. The benefits do not only apply to people who workout. We do have an increased number of office workers looking for Sports Massage nowadays due to long hours of working from home.

Yes, contraindications are conditions when you should not be massaged. It is not recommended for people to come for massage during the acute stage of an injury (1st 72 hours). After swelling and pain begin to diminish, massage is recommended. A partial list of contraindications include fever, vascular conditions, severe heart disease, contagious skin conditions, inflammation, abrasions, cuts, hematomas, cancer, neuritis, recent surgery, infectious diseases, diabetes with vascular dysfunction, fractures, and acute injury.

Loose and comfortable activewear.

Suction is created in the bamboo cup with fire that causes the skin to rise and redden within the cup. This process causes blood vessels to expand to improve blood flow and circulation in the areas with issues. This helps reduce overall pain and inflammation thus quickening the process of healing.

Our stretch therapy techniques are adapted from dance techniques led by our Co-Founder, Cheryl, who excels in Ballet. The Instructor will be guiding through the therapy with proper alignment to get the maximum stretch out of their joints and muscles whereas, personal stretches are done within the comfort zone of the person.

The programmes are usually determined by our clients if they have a particular area they would like to improve on or based on weaknesses found during Sports Massage due to muscle imbalances. It can also be general conditioning based on their preferences.

We accept cash, NETS, credit/debit cards and GrabPay.

Please check with your doctor or gynaecologist beforehand.

It is recommended to massage directly on skin. However, it is not mandatory to do so and you can opt for therapy with clothes on.

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rearrangement of booking, any cancellations within 24 hours will be at the therapists discretion
